This type features a single-layer needle-punched structure made from recycled cotton and polyester fibers, with an eco-friendly mixed-color textured surface.

1. Cold and heat insulation

The fiber layer offers stable heat insulation performance, highly suitable for winter covering of greenhouses, frost protection of young plants, and cold protection at construction sites.

2. Water permeability and retention properties

Highly suitable for concrete maintenance on highways, bridges, and construction sites. Uniformly locks in moisture to prevent cracking of freshly poured cement.

3. Economical and efficient recycled materials

The material is made from recycled waste fabrics; the cost is lower than normal fiber textiles. Even if it's thrown away after just one use, it won't be expensive.

4. Shock absorption and wear resistance

The fiber structure provides strong buffering protection, preventing scratches, dents, and collision damages to machinery, fitness equipment, furniture, doors, and windows during moving.

II. Quilted Heavy-Duty Felt Pad

This model utilizes a composite sandwich structure. It consists of an outer layer of non-woven or woven fabric and a thick inner filling, secured together via a zig-zag stitching process.

Main features:

1. The outer layer is made of non-woven or woven fabric.

2. Internal zig-zag design, which can firmly hold the internal filling material and will not cause severe wrinkles or deformations after folding and stretching.

3. The thickness layer cushioning pad provides a strong buffering effect, effectively preventing wood furniture, tiles, and fitness equipment from developing dents and impact damages during transportation.  

4. Suitable for warehouse goods, mechanical dust prevention, furniture moving, ground renovation protection, etc. It can be used in combination with stretch film to achieve waterproof packaging.
